ABOUT US

​WHAT WE DO:
The Student-Initiated Outreach Committee (SIOC) a committee of 7 Access Coordinators and Outreach Coordinators, 1 Campus Retention Committee Representative, and 1 Undergraduate Student Association Representative, we oversee and manage an annual budget that ensures 7 outreach and access service projects are allocated funds equitably to provide K-14 marginalized students resources in Southern California. Additionally in our weekly meetings and subcommittees, we evaluate how the 7 projects utilize funds, develop leadership skills and strengthen the holistic well-being within and outside the UCLA campus.
